Age Group Swimming (Sept - May)
All practices are held at the Williamsport Area High School.

Bronze Swimmers practice from 6-7pm two nights per week
-able to swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke
Silver Swimmers practice from 6-7pm three nights per week
-able to swim 50 yards freestyle and backstroke
Gold Swimmers practice from 5:30-7pm four nights per week
-able to swim all strokes and develop endurance
