2026-2027 Season Information and Fees
All practices will be held at the Williamsport Area High School natatorium - see here for specifics on where to park & enter the building.
A new registration option this year will be for "Meets Only" Swimmers. This is for High School or YMCA swimmers who will not practice with WASC but want to attend a few USA Sanctioned meets that WASC will attend. Swimmers can choose an up to 3 meet option ($30) or up to 5 meet option ($50) during registration along with registration fee. Swimmers must be USA Premium members.
New Swimmer Evaluations
New swimmer evaluations will be held from 5:30-6pm at the high school pool where coaches will evaluate and place swimmers in the appropriate group. Swimmers need to be prepared to be in water for evaluation.
Dates for additional New Swimmer Evaluations if needed:
Monday, Oct 26th
Monday, Nov 23rd
All New Swimmers must attend an evaluation (except meets only swimmers).
Practice Groups and Dues:
Bronze Group - practices Tues and Thurs from 5:30 - 6:15pm. ($50/month)
Silver Group - practices Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 6 - 7:30pm ($65/month)
Gold Group - practices Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 5:30 - 7:30pm ($75/month)
Pre-Payment Discount
Take advantage of our pre-payment discount. Pay for the first half of the season (OCT, NOV, DEC) upfront and receive a 10% discount. To take advantage of this opportunity, payments must be received by October 15th. Sample: Gold - $202.50, Silver - $175.50, Bronze - $135.00, plus any applicable unpaid fees.
Additionally, a yearly Registration fee of $25 per swimmer will apply at registration which will cover administrative expenses and provide a Team T-Shirt and Team Cap (silicon) for each swimmer (guaranteed for Sept registrations; only if supplies are available after September).
Multiple Swimmer Discount:
Families with multiple swimmers receive a 10% discount for each additional swimmer.
USA Membership
A USA membership is required for all swimmers to participate in practice and/or swim meets. The link will be provided after September 1st and is $90 per swimmer for Premium membership. USA offers a Flex membership at $30 for swimmers who are 12 and under and plan to participate in two (2) or less meets during the season. To participate in additional meets or attend a Championship meet, a Flex membership must be upgraded to the full Premium membership. Free Trial
New swimmers in a practice group can try the club for a week before the need to register and become a USA Member.
